Ph 0414 369 076 Level 1 First timer. Novice. Beginner. Lots to learn – ideally commencing in calm water and then progression to gentle white wash. Level 2 Mastering standing, turning and riding the white wash. Practicing turn and stand skills in the whitewash to make the first green drop easier in the next level. Level 3 First green wave traverses. A complex achievement that needs the instructor to assist with positioning, wave selection and push-ins. Level 4 Starting to paddle into own green waves with no push – but still reliant on instructor to guide position, wave choice and timing with a lot of verbal assistance. Level 5 Independent and capable surfer who can trim, cutback and surf top to bottom. It may not be pretty but they are having fun and halfway there. Level 6 Capable surfer doing re-entries, floaters and trying to get radical. Sometimes a little busy so need to focus on style and holding a rail. Level 7 Carver. Performance surfer with speed and a decent roundhouse. However may struggle with timing or sequencing of rotations. Level 8 Shredder with comprehensive range of major maneuvers including a high quality bottom turn. Level 9 Master. You go big and make it look easy but still could perfect some new school innovation and finesse. Level 10 Innovator and all-rounder in any type of wave. Your surfing is often flawless and your name could be Kelly.
